Well, I didn't think that I'd be able to write this so soon after we broke the £2,000 barrier, but with the addition of this bucket containing 15.3 kilos of change contributed by the good people of Croydon, we have reached halfway! We raised £622 yesterday!!

Blahdeblahdeblah

Yeah, so I've not posed for a bit - NMF!

Suffice it to say, ceral and fruit have been consumed in abundance.

Lapsed on Fri night, crisps & chocolate things at the station, but I was pissed of so shoot me. Also went out for a curry last night, but I figured I could lessen the blow by having a Prawn Sag, i.e no fatty sauce and lashings of healthy , iron filled spinach. So's the plan anyway.

I'd like to go out on the bike today, but it's weeing it down and I'm just not that comitted. Glasses aren't back yet either so I have to suffer another week of not being able to see AND lookng like a plum.

Weight In No.1

OK, first weigh in! Total weight: 17 stone, which is 204lb! Which is a loss for week 1 of 4lb!

Booya!

Since I don't appear to have lost any height this week (still working on that) this makes this week's BMI to be 24.2, which is settleing nicely into the 'happy zone' of normal. Mexcellent.

I have the urge to say So what's that done to the graph?", but as yet I don't have one. never mind!

I may even reward myself with something non-food realted this weekend...

Aha, so given that I couldn't get to the gym yesterday, I've gone today instead. And today I've done something a little bit different. Instead of the usual 1/2 hour on the bike, I took to the cross country skiing machine, in the hope that I could work up a sweat better. 1/2 hour later, the sweat was there and my legs were bloody killing me. So that'd be a sucess then!

Booya, went out on a little afternoon biz trip to the Embassy of Panama, and resisted the urge to purchase food things yet again! Go me! Oh, and Saint-Germain des-Pres Cafe VII is superb.

I'm quite looking forward to my weigh in on Wed. I'll be sorely disappointed if I've not lost anything.

Box Hell!

Aha! First *proper* training walk today, wow. It'll be MUCh better when I get my walking poles it think.

Funnily enough, the majority of people I saw today were Chavs? On Box Hill? On a Sunday?

Very odd.

Can't be arsed to blog much this evening. Pissed off and upset about stuff again. Go me.

Anyhoo, had a bit of a lapse on Sat night, pastie at the station, but I was pissed.... Oh and I had another pastie at the top of the hill today, but that was Lunch, so its OK. Back to cereal and fruit and things tomorrow. Shall do my first weigh in on Wednesday night.

Bah, no gym today, given that I didn't get into work until 1, I didn't think it would be wise to disappear at 3 for an hour!

Might go to Box Hill for a walk tomorrow - ordered my walking poles yeterday so it'd be nice to see how I fare without them first.

In other news, I had multiple opportunities to stray and buy snack food today - but I didn't! I think this is down to the fact that I have to come here every night and confess what I've been eating... We shall see!
