OK, so the health drive...yes.
Breakfst: Half a bowl of bran flakes and a banana
Lunch: Half a bowl of corn flakes and a banana
Dinner: Pie, carrots, cabbage and a yoghurt.
Now that's more like it. And TBH, I REALLY feel no different than last night. Sure, i think if I had the means (ie Tescos in the house) I'd eat and eat, but I don't feel the need to dash downstairs and start scaloshing biscuits.
Does excersize lessen appeitie I wonder? Went to the gym today. Gonna stard going during the day again, helps combat my afternoon tiredness AND keeps me fit. Baby stps though. Going back to attempting to go 5 days a week is kinda bad, I'll only end up exhausting myself after 2 days and giving up like last time. For Friday: Sign up for a half hous spin class next week.
Has been a good day today. Hopefully if I can get some new lenses for the specs at the weekend, I'll start feeling less tired due to less eye strain. Have to tell them Dad has glaucoma as well.
